Common Integrated Air and Missile Defense XML Schema Engineer (CIXS)

The selected candidate will develop requirement for and support the IBCS implementation of the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Common IAMD XML Schema (CIXS) in an Enterprise Integration Bus publish/subscribe architecture. The selected candidate will support the development of the data domain model and interface specifications for the IBCS software. Daily interaction and support to the IAMD Project Office coordination of CIXS message development will be required. This includes support to the IAMD in its role as a member of Joint Air and Missile Defense community CIXS Configuration Control Board (CCB) to review Problem Reports and Change Requests (CRs) for impacts to IBCS and prepare and present CRs for incorporation of IBCS data requirements into the CIXS schema. The candidate will also participate in and make presentations to JAMD net-centric TIMs and workshops as necessary.
