3.5 - System Design Documentation and Technical Data Support

RhinoCorps supports the technical writing, editing and distribution of classified meeting minutes associated with nuclear weapon system (warhead) Project Officers Group (POG) meetings. Each Air Force (AF) nuclear weapon system/warhead is represented by AFNWCA Lead Project Officers (LPOs) who represent the AF at POG meetings that include other AF warfighters, headquarters and support personnel; representatives from the Department of Energy (DOE) to include the national laboratories; and, RhinoCorps personnel. RhinoCorps supports the development, review and distribution of the POG meeting minutes. Once finalized, the classified documents (CDs) are then distributed by RhinoCorps to each individual attendee and organization. Since these are classified documents RhinoCorps must record and track all documents that are distributed/mailed insuring that they are delivered and received by the correct individuals and agencies. Concerning office management, RhinoCorps provides routine office management and administrative support to the Program Manager supporting AFNWCA.
