3.14 Interoperability, Test and Evaluation, Trials Support
RhinoCorps has been at the forefront in the organization and management of the Test and Analysis Division. Our members lead the management of Test Team activities, they develop test cases and tools to verify requirements, and assess the overall performance of the IABM. RhinoCorps represents the Test and Analysis division on the Engineering Review Board (ERB). The ERB reviews, prioritizes, assigns and collects metrics on trouble reports (TRs) and test observation reports (TORs). As members of the ERB and the Test Team, RhinoCorps provides product and test support to outside test sites as well as during demonstrations of the IABM.

During each TimeBox release, the IABM is a development model in which software updates are released every 12 weeks. RhinoCorps personnel perform extensive testing on the model. This includes regression testing of all previously implemented requirements as well as testing new requirements integrated during the most recent TimeBox delivery. During any representative TimeBox release, RhinoCorps personnel are responsible for hundreds of test executions. This includes providing updates to the test results database and determining if/when defects reports are warranted. These test reports and defect reports are then provided to the service test sites (Corona, Dahlgren) for use in service testing, evaluation and trails.
