SNIM IDIQ Multiple Award Contract The Software, Networks, Information Assurance, and Modeling and Simulation (SNIM) contract vehicle supports task orders to meet information assurance, software data and analysis, modeling and simulation, knowledge management, and/ or other information technology related research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) and research and development (R&D) related advisory and assistance services (A&AS). These services may support all aspects of identified or potential military, national security- related, and dual use applications of information technologies, as well as the development of tools and techniques that enhance the mission of the Department of Defense and federal research and engineering community.
AMCOM EXPRESS BPA The AMCOM EXPRESS contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreements with four Domains: Business and Analytical, Logistics, Programmatic and Technical. The Technical Domain of the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program is a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) leveraging commercial processes and innovative enhancements established within the “evergreen” aspects of the General Services Administration (GSA) schedules program to incorporate dynamic teaming arrangements and to offer the right mix of professional and highly technical advisory and assistance services to Team Redstone.
CIO-SP3 GWAC-IDIQ Multiple Award Contract The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract is designed to permit the Institutes and Centers (ICs) of NIH, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and all other federal agencies to acquire a wide range of IT services and solutions, both commercial and non-commercial. These IT solutions and services include, but are not limited to, health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. The contract also contains general IT services partly because medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.
Warfighter IDIQ Multiple Award Contract The Warfighter Modeling, Simulation, Analysis and Integration Support (WMSA&IS) effort is multi- faceted, providing the Army, other services, and DoD an advanced capability for modeling, simulation, analysis and integration of space and missile defense issues and other advanced defense technologies. DoD advances toward assessing the operational effectiveness of new space and missile defense and other advanced defense technologies have increasingly driven the utilization of advanced simulation and modeling technologies as well as innovative analysis and integration techniques. The need has emerged to synthesize multiple system simulations that can be used to interactively define, develop, evaluate and validate operational needs, concepts and designs in a distributed simulation environment.
SETAC IDIQ Multiple Award Contract Systems engineering and technical assistance for USASMDC/ARSTRAT and other associated air, space, missile defense organizations in support of their various air, space, missile defense, homeland security/homeland defense, warfighter and chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear missions as they are defined by Higher Headquarters, Congress, and the Department of Defense. The goal of these services is to ensure effective development of technologies and capabilities for defense against evolving threats; to coordinate all technology base development to maximize benefits for strategic and theater missile defense and air/space technology programs; and, to ensure programs are in statutory and regulatory compliance.
DESP III IDIQ Streamlined, pre-competed IDIQ contract. Design, engineering, and technical services — providing a broad range of engineering services in support of any system or subsystem within the Air Force and other Department of Defense agencies. The Specific Customer is AFMC — but this Contract can be used by any DOD Agency. The task orders will focus on improving system life cycle cost, operational life, performance, sustainment including maintainability & support, safety & environmental friendliness, and education and training.
Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) Extended Enterprise (EE) The Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) Extended Enterprise (EE) contract vehicle offers IT solutions for new and legacy applications by facilitating access to qualified contractors via pre-negotiated contracts. RhinoCorps is one of the top-rated, qualified EE contractors. These pre-negotiated contracts allow Extended Enterprise to quickly respond to SNL customer needs.
Services include software development, requirements elicitation, quality assurance testing, and many more. EE services are intended for off-site, temporary contractual engagements. EE does not provide onsite, long-term staff-augmentation capabilities.
EE offers a variety of services to help manage IT demand via several labor categories. All of the rates for these labor categories have been pre-negotiated via SNL procurement processes. However, they do vary according to the contractor selected for use.
Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Combatting Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) IDIQ Multiple Award Contract RhinoCorps is a proud member of the Alion Team. This IDIQ provides for delivery/task orders to procure research and development, providing scientific and technological solutions to meet the DoD’s non-proliferation, counterproliferation, and consequence management objectives. The scope of the DTRA CWMD R&D contract includes accomplishing research and technology development; technical, scientific, and program analyses; systems integration; and technology transfer tasks. It will provide for delivery of products encompassing theoretical and experimental research, test and evaluation, and prototype development and demonstration. In addition, it will provide for exercise development and execution that directly achieve objectives in those areas or provide supporting technology information analysis tools and/or infrastructure. It will also provide subject-matter expertise for reach-back support to operational commanders addressing scientific and technical questions on counter-WMD threats and mission space.
